Description:
Note: this is for diesel only, with engine codes below. Not for petrol engine's.
This is a laser cut blanking plate, made from 1.5mm stainless steel. It has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface that gives a better seal, plus removes all sharp edges (so no cutting of the fingers).
It gives a cleaner pickup at lower revs because it stops the exhaust gasses being recycled. It will put the engine management light on, so only fit if you know what you are doing. If the EGR valve has been mapped out of the ECU, then it is best to have this plate without a hole.

THIS FITS:
The Euro5 only 2.0L TDI CR (Common Rail) 2nd gen engines (Will not fit the Euro6 engines-EA288) in VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda.
Engine codes CFFB, CFFD, CFGC, CFGB, CFJB, CFHC, CGLC, CMGB. The CFCA is the Bi Turbo in the Transporter. The cooler is on the front of the engine, not the rear, but the plate will fit in the same place on the cylinder head. If you can't find your engine code here or in the 1st gen listing, please ask as new one do come up.

These will not fit the 2.0L TDi CR 1st generation common rail (CR) engines
