This is for the M9R 2.0L and the M9T DCi 2.3L (2,299 cc) Euro4 and Euro5. This blanking plate is made from Laser cut 1.5mm Stainless Steel, and has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface to get a better seal. It fits between the exhaust extension tube and the EGR cooler ( shown in the pictures), which is held in place by two bolts at the front of the engine. Can also be fitted to the rear, next to the turbo. The plate is best NOT to be fitted to the EGR valve itself as it has" a flap type valve, and opens out in to the connecting pipe and would stop its movement, which could put it into limp mode.
This plate will put the engine management light on (though some have reported that it has not), but will not go into limp mode. (having a hole in it still would get the EML coming on, so no point). It is slotted to make it easier to fit.

Fitment:
Fits The M9T Engine from 2005 on depending on models. Will not fit the Euro6 (about mid 2017 on)

Fit for Vauxhall / Opel 2.3L Vivaro 1 (2006-2014) and Vivaro 2 ( 2014-2018) that has the M9T engine fitted. Will not fit the later Vivaro 3 that has the 1.6 GM engine or the Euro 6 2.0L PSA engine.
