We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 60 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Three steps to return and refund
Step 1: You can contact us at Sale@vcarpart.com. We'll get back to you within one working day.
Step 2: If the return is confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging and order number must be on Shipping Label, and mail your return to the following address:

Please Note:
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
● Customers need to bear shipping costs, and the Return Shipment Tracking Numbers must email to Sale@vcarpart.com.
● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
● A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Only received items that are damaged in a way that affects normal functionality or not as described can be fully refunded back to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations can only be processed before the package has been shipped. Once the package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled. Please note that if you receive shipping confirmation for your order but the tracking information has not been updated, it does not necessarily mean that the package is not in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take additional time to process and post the refund.
Refund Process Time
Refunds are processed within 7 days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
NOT ALL PRODUCTS/PARTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

Service Manuals (unless they are sealed and in their original condition)
Special-order products
Custom-made products
Painted parts
Parts that have been modified
